Our online measuring tool is capable of very accurate quotations. But like all bits of technology, it is vulnerable to human error. Sometimes getting lawn boundaries spot on, can be hard (more so on a tablet than when using a computer with a mouse) so the prices generated may be subject to a modest change (up or down) during our first visit.

First visits to new customers lawns always include a multi-point survey and full condition report. We also make a measurement check and may adjust our charge accordingly. It is very rare for this to be an adjustment of more than 10% either way, ordinarily it is much smaller than that, if needed at all.
